Abbreviated as MESPL was floated and registered at the Ministry of Trade and Commerce as a limited liability company under Company Law 10/96 of the Republic of Maldives and counter registered as a provider of skilled and semi- skilled, professional recruiting agent and man power supplier at the Ministry of Higher Education and Employment under the laws and regulations
MESPL was born with a dream of providing appropriate jobs to the Maldivian local community with satisfaction and guarantees as well as providing the right person for the right job including apprenticeship training and grooming.
Waveline Maldives, a well reputed human resources and manpower recruitment agency was amalgamated with MESPL to act and provide as a single entity to supply Human Resources, Manpower professionally to the industry. Handling recruitment, Statutory, Legal documentation and maintenance including visa, work permits, passports, qualification and testifying etc.
Waveline Maldives, floated in February 2000 saw its major breakthrough in 2004 becoming a reliable and reputed recruiting agent for a number of companies, providing last minute and integrated services in all major areas of recruitment and human resources management affairs; a well-deserved significant step for the client as well as Waveline with it intensive research strategies and meeting the client’s requirement and a commitment to achieve targets by its able management and staff.
